If you are requesting for a change after your order is completed, there will be a restocking fee equal to 25% of the cost of the setting. All custom commissions and eternity style rings are final sale and non-refundable.
Rings are adjustable by only 1.5 size (+/-) once it is made, and rings with an eternity design or stone settings are not resizable. Please ensure you have been sized by a professional jeweler before confirming your purchase.

KDD did such an amazing job helping me “Pop the question”. I had a tight schedule to get the ring made and shipped out of only 1 month. They not only meet, but beat my deadline! Patty and the rest of the KDD team has provided excellent customer service above and beyond anything I expected. My Fiancee absolutely loves her ring and still wont stop staring at it. I spent a long time looking for just the right ring for my fiancee, something that had a little more intrigue than the classical diamond solitaire. The designs at KDD were exactly that, incorporating a natural, organic feel while still maintaining just enough of the classical look and bling factor.
I worked with Patty to figure out what diamond would be the best to include, and her advice was spot-on and she responded quickly when I had any questions. The ring was finished earlier than promised, and looks fantastic. She is so happy with it, and constantly is complimented on it. I’ll definitely be back in a few months for the wedding band :)

Originally my wife came across a ring on Pintrest that she absolutely fell in love with. I had to agree that it was a gorgeous engagement ring so when I contacted Ken and Dana to purchase the Daya they were more than accommodating to all my wishes. Before going to Patty I looked at other jewelers in the tri-state area. As a sale man I can sense that they guys were just trying to make the sale.With Patty she wasnt your typical sales person. She sat me down and explained and taught me about diamonds and engagment rings. From there is where I knew she was going to earn my business.
