If you are requesting for a change after your order is completed, there will be a restocking fee equal to 25% of the cost of the setting. All custom commissions and eternity style rings are final sale and non-refundable.
Rings are adjustable by only 1.5 size (+/-) once it is made, and rings with an eternity design or stone settings are not resizable. Please ensure you have been sized by a professional jeweler before confirming your purchase.

I spent a week running around Madison Ave, Fifth Ave and anywhere else I could find to search for the perfect engagement ring. From the 30+ stores I went to, I never found a superb and unique ring. My (now) fiancee wasn’t even aware that I was shopping around, but she randomly shot me an email with KDD’s website.
I called them immediately and they agreed to see me the very next morning. I also told them that I was in need of a serious rush order because I had made major plans to propose in exactly two weeks (including a hotel room and other time sensitive details). I went in the next morning and found a very welcoming studio and showcase space that felt immediately comfortable.
Ken and Patty (and everyone else) are extremely welcoming, warm and genuinely there to help you make the right choices in purchasing a ring. Unlike all of the sales reps at the 30+ stores I had previously been to (where the people you talk to make it feel like they just want you to buy their ring no matter what), KDD felt different. They super-rush ordered my ring in time for my planned proposal and accommated my schedule every step of the way.

We bought my husband’s ring from Ken & Dana, and looked for mine (but decided on something else). Not having really done the “ring shopping” thing, we had a great experience here, and left finding exactly what we wanted. Patty was so helpful and warm, and the studio was pretty cool too. Definitely recommend to anyone who likes the styles offered by them!

I’ve never bought a ring like this before and I was pretty nervous. I wanted the perfect engagement ring and Patty did an absolutely wonderful job throughout the entire process. She listened to every idea I had and all the design things I wanted in the ring, she worked totally within my budget, she kept in contact throughout the entire process and, best of all, she created an absolutely beautiful ring that my now fiance loves and can’t stop sneaking peaks at to check out the sparkles!
Patty answered all my questions and explained everything without making me feel like some “dumb guy” who doesn’t know anything about rings (which I was when this started!) I really just can’t say enough good stuff about Patty, the ring and the entire process.
