If you are requesting for a change after your order is completed, there will be a restocking fee equal to 25% of the cost of the setting. All custom commissions and eternity style rings are final sale and non-refundable.
Rings are adjustable by only 1.5 size (+/-) once it is made, and rings with an eternity design or stone settings are not resizable. Please ensure you have been sized by a professional jeweler before confirming your purchase.

I just purchased my engagement ring from Ken & Dana and they have been top notch the whole way. From going and looking at rings to me purchasing it and their hand holding with my questions. My fiancee sent me a photo of a ring online as a sample of what she liked without realizing the company the made it. I then decided to research the ring and found out it was from KDD, After reading all the excellent reviews, I called even though I was still somewhat skeptical about ordering an engagement ring online.. I have to say that working with Patty was awesome and she always kept me updated on progress. Even when I was trying to decide, she worked with me and was patient and informative. I proposed two weeks ago and my fiancee absolutely LOVES the ring and can’t stop talking about it. I will very likely get my wedding bands from them as well. We searched everywhere and this was the only place we were able to find genuinely unique, contemporary jewelry. This ring is a real piece of art and I probably would have been willing to give them five stars just for that.
The ring didn’t fit quite like my fiance was hoping and she wanted a few little changes as well, although, to clarify, KDD did deliver exactly what we requested the first time. We sent the ring in and KDD re-sized it and made the requested changes free of charge and, most importantly, free of hassle; the beloved ring was back on her finger before we knew it.

I am a person that does a lot of research probably driving some crazy and when my boyfriend (now my fiance-giggle) mentioned he wanted to become engaged I knew that I wanted us to go to KDD.
My Fiance was treated with proper attention and courtesy by both Ken and Patty. We dealt with Ken first and he was extremely attentive and patient with us (I was extremely nervous and my Fiance was getting over a fever) but he was kind and extremely informative. It was more of a just see what you like thing. Our second visit was with Patty she took her time in making us feel at ease and understood how I felt. I never felt rushed she dedicated her time in making sure that I was going to love my ring.
Patty was able to understand what I wanted and from there on it was between her and my fiance. KDD in my opinion can get any idea you give them and make it happen. Patty and Ken clearly presented a well thought out plan on how my ring would be made and from what my Fiance has shared with me Patty kept him very involved every step of the way.
The end result is a gorgeous engagement ring that even with all my neurotic attention to detail delivered the highest quality I was ever presented with by an amazing man (my Fiance). We went to Ken and Dana Designs based on their website to take a look at wedding bands. Overall it was a great experience. We booked an appointment online for an hour consultation with one of the designers. Over the course of an hour we tried on a great deal of rings and discussed different finishes and widths to make sure we were happy with our purchase. I found a ring that perfectly complements my engagement ring and my fiance was happy to find a men’s ring that was a little more unique and interesting than usual. All of the designs were lovely and felt very different. About three weeks later our rings were perfectly sized and ready to pick up! Highly recommend!
