If you are requesting for a change after your order is completed, there will be a restocking fee equal to 25% of the cost of the setting. All custom commissions and eternity style rings are final sale and non-refundable.
Rings are adjustable by only 1.5 size (+/-) once it is made, and rings with an eternity design or stone settings are not resizable. Please ensure you have been sized by a professional jeweler before confirming your purchase.

We got our wedding bands and my engagement ring at ken and dana and we couldn’t have had a better experience. The rings are beautiful and unique, and Patty made picking them out a lot of fun—even though we waited until the last minute and had to rush the order (and we were late for our appointment!) I like my rings more every time I look at them. The hardest part was trying to decide between all their beautiful designs.
I bought an engagement ring for my fiancee from Patty and Ken and had such a wonderful experience!
From the very beginning, Patty understood that I would be unable to meet with her often and would be unreachable on the phone, on account of living and working with my fiancee. I was able to do so much of the research and decision making via email, something that almost every other jeweler I contacted dragged their feet on doing. Patty walked me through all of the options for my budget and when we did meet in person, she could not have been more patient and helpful with helping me find such a great ring.
Her and Ken were able to take my drawings and sample pictures and put together a unique ring that met all of my expectations and then some. They also worked extra hard to have the ring finished in time for my proposal, which had to be on a particular date, giving them only a few weeks to get everything together.
For a guy who has never done this before, Patty and Ken showed tremendous patience with my lack of experience, answering all of my questions and really assisting me in being open to all forms of communication. I HIGHLY recommend them to any proposer, particularly one that needs to communicate via email and who values unique design and top-notch service.
