All custom commissions and eternity style rings are final sale and non-refundable.
Rings are adjustable by only 1.5 size (+/-) once it is made, and rings with an eternity design or stone settings are not resizable. Please ensure you have been sized by a professional jeweler before confirming your purchase.

My experience at Ken and Dana couldn’t have been better.
I had looked at various places in the diamond district and elsewhere and all my experiences were actually quite good. However I wasn’t really finding the rings I liked and when I did, my particular time restrictions were prohibitive.
I found K&D via some pictures on pinterest and made an appointment. Right from walking in their door, I had a great feeling about the place, Pearly offered me coffee, sat down with me and talked about what was going to be best for me and my fiancée.
She showed me an ideal stone that fit within my budget right away and at no point did anyone try to upsell me on anything. They were able to work with my time restrictions and shipped the ring to where I was going to be for the proposal (so I didn’t even have to hide it from my then-girlfriend when packing!)
The ring itself is basically perfect, a beautiful rose gold organic design without being too blingy, exactly what my fiancée wanted. In fact, she called it her “dream ring” and all of her friends are in love with it.

I have never worked with any business or group of individuals (Patty) who were more professional, and caring than the team at KDD. Patty was absolutely amazing, and has been such a blessing for me and my fiancé. My wife and I were looking for something unique and with an organic feel for an engagement ring and wedding band. Patty helped us out so wonderfully. We had the opportunity to fly in from Chicago to meet with her. She was so patient and willing to work with us to insure we received exactly what we wanted. Ken and Dana Design just finished creating a new set of rings to replace my 40-year old engagement ring and wedding band set, and my husband and I couldn’t be more pleased. The original rings had become a little tight about 10 years ago, but I couldn’t find a new setting that I loved until I saw Ken and Dana’s Selene and Melinda on http://pinterest.com. Now I wear the Selene in white matte gold between two Selenes in white polished gold, and I love the stacked look. Great designs, and Ken and Patty couldn’t have been more professional to work with. Highly recommend!
