If you are requesting for a change after your order is completed, there will be a restocking fee equal to 25% of the cost of the setting. All custom commissions and eternity style rings are final sale and non-refundable.
Rings are adjustable by only 1.5 size (+/-) once it is made, and rings with an eternity design or stone settings are not resizable. Please ensure you have been sized by a professional jeweler before confirming your purchase.

My fiancé’s and my experience at Ken & Dana was superb. We had done the diamond district thing, and it just wasn’t our speed. Luckily my fiance had done his research and found K&D’s unique designs (and proposed with a photo of one of their beautiful rings).
Our engagement ring appointment was comfortable, personalized, and low pressure. They worked with us to find the perfect ring that’s truly unique. I honestly feel like I have a ring that represents my personal style-and it’s not on every other girl’s finger. I also purchased my wedding band from them. It’s just as interesting and out of the ordinary as my engagement ring.
Their prices are very reasonable, and they’ll work with you to design exactly what you have in mind. Plus they’re the nicest people ever. I couldn’t be happier with my rings.
I spent some time reading reviews about various jewelry stores throughout NYC. After visiting a few I thought I would never find one that could meet all of my standards (quality, customer service, willing to work with you mentality and most of all, actually knew stuff about the diamond and jewelry business). I was up late one night googling when I came across Ken & Dana Design. I immediately emailed them and scheduled an appointment with Patty (she’s the best) to come in for a consultation. Upon arriving, i was greeted with what felt like a very homey atmosphere. Patty and Ken both sat down with me and went over everything from pricing to the four c’s about diamonds. Finally, they showed me some bands and I knew from the moment they showed me the one band that it was the one for my (soon to be fiancé). I immediately knew that I would be working with them over the next few weeks to build a custom engagement ring within my budget. They not only succeeded, but delivered and surpassed my expectations with flying colors. Not to mention, Patty isn’t just interested in the ring requirements, she also likes to get to know her clients which make the purchase much more comfortable and confident. Overall, I can say I was EXTREMELY satisfied with Ken & Dana design. I will for sure be going back for Wedding bands (once I get engaged)!!!

Oh goodness, where do I even start? KDD was a God send, a huge blessing, an amazing experience, and the result is—well everything I wanted it to be and beyond.
I fell in love with their unique, original—somewhat artsy and oh so perfect ring designs a good eight months before I was finally able to put everything together and ask my now fiance with the Aurora design. If I could go back, I would have contacted KDD much sooner—I spent forever groaning over decisions, trying to decide what would work best, what my options are…as soon as I started working with Patty so much of that burden was lifted! She worked within my means with so much understanding, care, and genuineness. My favorite e-mail from her was “:))))))))))))))))))”. Seriously, she’s amazing, and my fiance and I can’t wait to pick out our wedding rings.

I could not have been more happy with the engagement ring that I was able to order from Ken and Dana. I worked with Patty during the process who was very helpful throughout the process. The ring is unique and a true work of art. I will also get my wedding ring from Patty as well. I cannot give enough positive words to express how satisfied I am.
My first review – figured my wedding ring was a good place to start. This city is a huge part of our relationship/life and it was important to us to find a local designer to support. We also wanted something that was unique and creative, but without stones (gay couple, so no engagement rock). The platinum bands we got are not only gorgeously designed and made, but comfortable to wear (and reasonably priced!). When we picked them up (2 weeks time), Patty told us that in her culture part of the reason for getting a custom ring is so that nobody else’s energy is attached to the ring – you’re the only one to ever try it on. That is honestly not something I even thought about in my reasons before we got our rings there, but it really added a lot of value to the experience and how special the rings are. Now all I can think is, “Why would you want a wedding ring other people have worn, however briefly? Of course wedding rings should be made just for you!” Lastly, everyone I met at their studio was friendly and professional. First class all the way.
