If you are requesting for a change after your order is completed, there will be a restocking fee equal to 25% of the cost of the setting. All custom commissions and eternity style rings are final sale and non-refundable.
Rings are adjustable by only 1.5 size (+/-) once it is made, and rings with an eternity design or stone settings are not resizable. Please ensure you have been sized by a professional jeweler before confirming your purchase.

Ken and Dana Design is great! We loved the fact that they work with conflict-free diamonds and recycled metals. Plus, their designs are awesome and they had no problem customizing the piece we were interested in. We will be going back for sure!
Best company I have ever worked with of any kind, bar none. I would give six stars if I could. The craftsmanship and pride in their work is unmatched by anyone. They will always take care of you and the jewelry is BEAUTIFUL!!! I bought my fiancee’s engagement ring from Ken + Dana and she has been complimented on it daily since I proposed (oftentimes by complete strangers). We were so thrilled by the ring, the customer service, and everything else, that we bought both of our wedding bands from them as well. I would recommend to ANYONE.
These guys are simply awesome. The KDD team was super helpful working on customizations for the rings and going back and forth on design. We also sent away for multiple samples and everything was timely and organized. We’re very happy with our rings!

I went here casually browsing for a ring for a surprise engagement I had planned. My fiance did not know I would be proposing and we’d never even discussed rings, so this was a nerve wracking venture. Furthermore, I didn’t know the first thing about rings, and I was actually just going to do recon work expecting to make my decision after exhaustive trips across the island and settling for a big box store due to budgetary restraints. Turns out that after my first visit to Patty and Ken everything else just paled in comparison.
Not only did Patty and Ken meticulously work with me to accommodate my needs. I never felt pressured to spend more money, which tends to happen in other places. They walked me through the entire process of selecting a stone and gave me a ton of options. In the end, I paid them what I consider a substantial amount of money without blinking because I felt so confident and good about my decision. To give you a sense of how monumental that is, I tend to cringe when I have to pay more than $6 for a beer in a bar.
Now my fiance and I are selecting wedding bands here and she is ecstatic about how personal our treatment is. Really, at this point I see no reason to go anywhere else for jewelry.
After searching every jewelry store in our area for something simple but unique, and being told “thats not really the style right now” by each one, I found one of Ken and Dana Design’s engagement rings on Pinterest. Very rarely do you find exactly what you are looking for, within budget. On top of that, having Patty with me through the whole process, sending me updates on the progress, and answering my questions, put the whole experience over the top. 5 Stars isn’t enough to describe this company!
