If you are requesting for a change after your order is completed, there will be a restocking fee equal to 25% of the cost of the setting. All custom commissions and eternity style rings are final sale and non-refundable.
Rings are adjustable by only 1.5 size (+/-) once it is made, and rings with an eternity design or stone settings are not resizable. Please ensure you have been sized by a professional jeweler before confirming your purchase.

I have not been fortunate to have one of your rings yet however, all the designs are simply amazing. I have never loved any rings as much as the ones I have seen on your website (was led here through Pintrest). When my engagement comes around, your website will be the only place we shop.

When I decided to look for an engagement ring, I’ll admit I was a little intimidated. I didn’t know exactly what I wanted, or that much about rings, and I didn’t want to get talked into anything by a sales person at a jewelery store. Patty talked me through the process step by step. I was able to pick out a diamond, and a design for my budget. Ken & Dana’s designs are unique and special, and hteir diamonds are beautiful. All their materials come from conflict-free zones as well, which was reall yimportant to me.The ring they made for me i amazing. My FIANCE loves it. I don’t like writing reviews, especially not when I have to create a Yelp account just to do so, but Ken & Dana are worth it. I cannot recommend this place highly enough.
I can hardly even begin to describe how much I love my beautiful engagement ring. I first came across the Ken & Dana website a few years ago when I was still in college and instantly fell in love with their design aesthetic. I even emailed all my friends the link to their site and said if anyone ever needed direction in buying my engagement ring they should send them there ;) And then it finally happened. My boyfriend proposed spur of the moment, he wanted to ask me but we didn’t have a ring yet. I always knew I wanted a Ken & Dana ring but wasn’t sure which style I would eventually be able to get. After proposing, we went online and our first and only stop was Ken & Dana. We had a wonderful time looking at all of the rings and eventually settled on the Clementine ring; a one of a kind yellow gold ring with a gorgeous sunstone and diamonds. The next day we placed our order and emailed Patty about the ring size. Patty was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. We weren’t sure how long the ring would take to arrive, we were dying from anticipation as we hadn’t told our family about the engagement yet. Amazingly, the ring arrived a week later. It is absolutely stunning and is the ring I’ve always dreamed of having. I can’t imagine a more beautiful ring for myself and it fits perfectly. We will definitely be getting our wedding band from Ken & Dana.
Ken and Dana design have without a doubt set a precedent when it comes time to service, design and quality. When I walked into the shop all I knew was that I needed something unique and something perfect for the love of my life. Spending years with someone and deciding that the rest of your life can be spent with no one else is a huge decision and one that is signified in my book by an engagement ring. The ring that was designed was nothing short of breathtaking expertise and love. The craftsmanship put into their work was held to the same standard to the love my fiancé and I share. I can’t say enough about how magical ken and patty made this experience for my fiancé as well as me. Ken helped with every fine detail and brought the ideas in my head to life. Patty was prompt with emails, insightful with advice and an amazing host. I am looking forward to coming in with my fiancé for our wedding rings and many more future endeavors.

THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU! My fiance’, Andrew, worked closely with Ken to design my dream engagement ring. He gave me the ring yesterday by dropping on one knee along with his son on the shores of Lake Michigan in my hometown. I first discovered Ken and Dana design by way of Pinterest. Like most girls, I’ve always dreamed of what my engagement ring would look like. I showed Andrew a picture of a ring I fell in love with on the website. Andrew, along with Ken, went above and beyond by creating my ring in a matter of a week. Andrew called to order the ring and claims he has never experienced better personal and caring customer service than he did from Ken. Andrew hand picked my diamond and assumed Ken would just send us the setting sans diamond. Ken said NO and had Andrew ship him the stone. Andrew shipped the stone on a Monday. Ken received it on Tuesday, and Andrew was able to propose on Friday of the same week.
We will be traveling to New York this summer to choose our wedding bands and to thank Ken in person!
