Please check your order details for the correct metal and finger size. Once your order is in production, change requests may be subjected to a fee. If you are requesting for a change after your order is completed, there will be a restocking fee equal to 25% of the cost of the setting. All custom commissions and eternity style rings are final sale and non-refundable.
Rings are adjustable by only 1.5 size (+/-) once it is made, and rings with an eternity design or stone settings are not resizable. Please ensure you have been sized by a professional jeweler before confirming your purchase.

I had such a fantastic experience with Patty at Ken and Dana Design. I love their work – the custom pieces are so organic and beautiful. I was looking for an engagement ring for my girlfriend – and found exactly what I was looking for in their estate piece collection.
Patty is quick to answer emails and answer any question. She also takes a lot of notes on everything you saw and what you’re looking for. I’m so happy with my purchase – and my fiancee was floored :) Excellent experience.
For a change, all these 5-star reviews on Yelp are there for a good reason. We were looking for an engagement ring that was different from all the other shiny boring stuff that exists at every jeweler. We quickly set up an appointment with Ken and Patty (we worked almost exclusively with Patty), and explained that we did not want any diamonds, wanted something different, and something not too extravagant. They listened, and in the end, we selected the first ring that Patty proposed to us. Two meetings later (one to select the sapphire, another to pick it up) and we had our ring. It is perfect – we love it, and it was quite reasonably priced considering how wonderful it is.
Patty is quite the wonderful character. Be prepared to swap life stories and to laugh a lot. And don’t be embarrassed if she is more excited about your life event than you are. It is a good thing, not a bad thing. We will definitely go back to get our wedding rings.
I recently purchased an engagement ring through Ken & Kana, (a Sundara ring), and we couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. The ring looks amazing and they were very friendly and accommodating. The turnaround time was also very quick. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to purchase an engagement ring.
Wonderful experience from start to finish. My husband and I have been married for almost 25 years and our marriage outlasted our first wedding bands. Replacing my husband’s band was very difficult as he wanted something “special” and different. He saw one of KDD’s rings online and knew that was exactly what he wanted. I called and spoke to Patty who was great. She started making the ring right away so it would be ready for me to pick-up during an upcoming trip to NYC (I live in Canada). My husband loves the ring, it fits perfectly and I couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend Ken and Dana Design.
