If you are requesting for a change after your order is completed, there will be a restocking fee equal to 25% of the cost of the setting. All custom commissions and eternity style rings are final sale and non-refundable.
Rings are adjustable by only 1.5 size (+/-) once it is made, and rings with an eternity design or stone settings are not resizable. Please ensure you have been sized by a professional jeweler before confirming your purchase.

Patty from K+D was fantastic; she worked with me to find the ideal day to send the ring to my business address. I was worried it would arrive on a weekend, but she made sure it arrived on a weekday, and during business hours.
The ring itself? The lady was smiling from ear to ear for two days straight; I’d say that’s a pretty good endorsement.
We went in for a re-size, and it was super quick. We even picked out our bands while we were there. So yeah, we liked the place a little; we even referred my fiance’s cousin to them for her bands, and she had nothing but goods things to say.
My partner and I made an appointment for engagement rings. She wasn’t sure what she wanted but Ken talked her through everything to find the perfect ring for her style. I had an idea I wanted for a custom commission, and Ken was thorough and creative in designing the perfect ring for me. He even thought about details I didn’t, like how to make it work for my career in health-care (where I’ll be wearing latex gloves everyday).
Patty kept me updated on progress and sent a computer-animated design for me to approve before they started. They finished both rings ahead of schedule, just in time for Valentine’s day. Every visit to their studio is warm and friendly, and they are genuinely excited for engagements and happy couples :)
I banged my ring and made a small scratch a week after I got it, and Patty immediately fixed it for me for no charge, within a couple hours of dropping it off.
Ken and Patty made this process easy, fun, and exciting. They really listen to you and give you a personal, 5-star experience. Not to mention their rings are unique, gorgeous, and eco-friendly. They even named my custom ring on their website, which made me feel pretty baller. We will definitely be visiting them again soon for our wedding bands!
Before KDD I attempted to collaborate with another jeweler in Philadelphia. They were so unorganized and had awful communication with each other. The process took about 7 months before I decided that they were completely useless. I dropped them and went to KDD.
I picked Ken & Dana because of their styling. I was drawn to the organic forms mainly. Patty mainly assisted me and really helped me out in a pinch. KDD bent over backwards to make sure that the ring got to the intended destination on time, even though I presented them with some complicated issues. I was a bit shocked when i opened the ring box. Though it looked great in the pics, it looked even better in real life. I was blown away and will suggest KDD to anyone who mentions buying a wedding/engagement ring. My gal LOVES the ring and I look forward to dealing with them again!
Ken & Dana are great to work with. I did almost everything online because I don’t live near NY, but Patty was quick to update me on every step of the way. I’d recommend them to anyone.
