If you are requesting for a change after your order is completed, there will be a restocking fee equal to 25% of the cost of the setting. All custom commissions and eternity style rings are final sale and non-refundable.
Rings are adjustable by only 1.5 size (+/-) once it is made, and rings with an eternity design or stone settings are not resizable. Please ensure you have been sized by a professional jeweler before confirming your purchase.

Ken and Dana Design make beautiful, simple yet intricate rings that can be found no where else. My experience here was amazing, I felt at ease as soon as I stepped in the door. Their customer service is outstanding. Patty helps you to find the right ring and stone for your partner. They truly listen to all your needs; price, size, design and will make excellent recommendations thereafter. The ring Ken produced was absolutely gorgeous. I’m so happy to have found this boutique, you couldn’t ask for a better more sincere jeweler.
I was planning a surprise engagement with my now fiancé and found K&D’s amazing designs. I emailed the team and got a response back within a day. From there on out It was just made really easy by Patty, just emailing back and forth getting the design down and stone chosen. I’m somewhat of a cautious person and was nervous because I was doing this whole thing over the internet, unsure of the outcome. But the rings came on time and exceeded expectations! If you don’t live in New York and are nervous about the legitimacy or quality of this establishment, don’t be!
I fell in love with the design and construction of Ken and Dana Rings via Pinterest, and I was lucky enough to have a fiance who worked with Ken and Dana to design an engagement ring from San Francisco. We ended up sourcing the main stone ourselves (we wanted to see that in-person before committing) and sending it to them for the ring construction. The whole process was a breeze, and I can’t say enough complimentary things about Patty. The end product is even better than we had hoped for. We had seen many jewelers in SF and looked at rings with the same general concept (halo/oval diamond), but many of them looked chintzy. The K&D end product is clearly better quality, and the jeweler who did my appraisal was extremely impressed and wanted to know more about them. Most importantly, I just love my ring and I feel like we got the highest quality product from a great staff 3000 miles away :)

When my fiance stumbled across the ring of her dreams randomly online, it knew that I had to get it for her. What I didn’t know was that the process of getting her ring would have me fly to New York from Colorado, design the rign, choose the diamond, and then return with the absolute most beautiful ring in tow.
Patty was incredibly helpful, kind, patient, and cooperative throughout the process. Her beautiful studio was laid back and professional, and most importantly the ring is of the highest quality. I was so turned off at the prospect of having to buy from a big chain, I am so happy to have found a ring-maker who returns e-mails within the day and is honest, strait forward, stays within budget, and clearly cares about the quality of the product.
We are flying back to buy our wedding bands, and we couldn’t be more happy.

Bought my fiancé’s engagement ring from them last year, which turned out to be perfect. Now, when saying this, I should mention that I bought this online and had to resize the ring since I went by a previous purchase from another jeweler as opposed to getting her sized locally, but I wanted to keep the whole thing a surprise, so I glad I did it; no ring purchase experience is going to be without a hitch (since you’re not buying it for yourself), but these guys will make it as smooth as possible and the end result is just spot-on.
Before I end this review, I would also like to say: though they keep a busy schedule, they (a) always respond to your emails (and remember you when you get the wedding band a year later :]), (b) will do as much over the phone as you’d like, and © will do everything in their power to customize the ring to get what you need (got a diamond from a local store, added more side diamonds, and got photos from the shop while they were making it!).
