Rings are adjustable by only 1.5 size (+/-) once it is made, and rings with an eternity design or stone settings are not resizable. Please ensure you have been sized by a professional jeweler before confirming your purchase.

Great Experience with KDD!
My boyfriend completely surprised me with the engagement ring I’d been secretly stalking for a couple months. I didn’t even know he knew.
I’d been talking to Patty and had no clue that while I was doing that he was ordering it.
Now I’m working with her to design our wedding bands!

I came to Patty and Ken for a surprise, custom design. From the very first appointment, the attention and the willingness to seek out the perfect stones was clear. Patty replied to all of my emails in such a timely fashion and was very helpful with any questions I had. The ring came out absolutely perfect and is more beautiful than we could have imagined!
We also really appreciated their ethics when it comes to sourcing the stones. My fiance and I will definitely be going back for our wedding bands.
We went to Ken & Dana Design for our engagement ring and our experience was absolutely excellent. We love the Sundara. Hearing what was important to us Ken made some excellent recommendations which made the ring even more special to us.
We miscommunicated about what type of gold we wanted. KDD didn’t have to be as kind as they were. They went out of their way to make sure we had the ring we wanted, just as we wanted it, in time.
We did everything on line and the entire experience, even our little hiccup, was handled with kindness and a sense of respect for how important a time in our lives it was.
And, the design is SO beautiful and special, unique, even. I’m the kind of person who gives bad reviews when they’re deserved, so I’m very happy to give a good review when it is so well deserved, too! A truly amazing experience. We are in the process of ordering more from KDD.
This is a review long time coming and I just havent had the chance to rave about how amazing Ken and Dana truly is! I have always had my eye on this boutique and kept it in the back of my mind because their unique, organic and detailed style was something I always knew my little sister would love.
So one day, when her boyfriend came and told me he was planning to propose and wanted me to help him find the ring, I was honored, excited and WELL PREPARED! Lol!
We went to a lot of other designers throughout New York as well as vintage shops but when we came to Ken and Dana, we knew Ken was our guy!
We met with Patty who was as SWEET as could be. Truly she is a delight to meet with! We eventually met with Ken as well and the two of them couldn’t be more adorable together. Together we were able to create the perfect custom ring… You can actually find it featured here! Its called “the Mandy” and its picture #19 (for now)!
Its a beautiful rose gold ring and was even featured under Colin Cowie’s list of the most beautiful and unique rings of 2013!
They kept us in the loop and sent us pictures of progress of the setting to let us know how it was coming together.
Long story short she LOVED the ring and they plan on returning for their bands.
My job as oldest sister is done :)
A few things to keep in mind..
1. This is their shop and studio you are visiting. This isn’t Tiffanys or Jared’s. Its a cozy and very intimate place.
2. Make sure you look through their site to get a real feel for their design and style. This is what you are going there for… not to come in and dictate what you expect them to make like you are walking into Zales. Im a designer as well we designers need to be given direction and creative freedom.
3. Their product is beautiful and their price points are fair. Because these pieces of jewelry are entirely custom, anything can be changed.
A truly amazing experience that I would recommend to anyone looking for a unique and beautiful ring with an organic flair.
Ken & Dana Design is the absolute best. Every aspect of the experience working with Ken & Patty was a delight. After going to a few other places first, I can say for sure that no one is better. Here’s a few reasons why:
1) The rings are absolutely beautiful and they’re different from the same old-stuff that you see elsewhere. We love the twist in the ring and so many people have admired my fiancee’s ring. They are different but classy. And Ken and Patty will work with you on a new design if you want to customize, which we plan to do for our wedding rings!
2) Patty is incredibly patient and knowledgeable. I had no idea what I was doing in terms of rings and my fiancee didn’t own a single ring, but she talked me through all of the aspects of the ring and the diamond. I ended up using a family stone and Ken and Patty were incredibly helpful in helping me choose the stone and how to set it. And then Patty communicated with me throughout the process.
3) It’s great to be able to see into the room where your ring will be made and to meet the people who will be making it. And it’s very nice to be able to sit in a quiet room and meet with Ken and Patty—you’re not in some cramped storefront being jostled and you have time and space to think and examine the options.
4) When you come in to pick up the ring, they give you a beautiful green box (or two really), which adds the final touch. Turns out that when you’re on your knee, you want the box to look nice too!
5) Patty was great at helping keep it a secret so my fiancee had no idea.
6) There is complimentary resizing. My fiancee’s ring was too big, and as soon as we got back from our trip, Ken and Patty completely resized it quickly and for free.
The surest sign that we love the place we got the engagement ring is that we’re eager to go back and get our wedding bands there. I personally hate shopping in general, and yet I can honestly say I’m looking forward to going back and seeing Ken and Patty and picking out the bands!
Don’t waste time/effort going anywhere else. Just make an appointment to see Ken and Patty and then your hunt for a ring will be over.
