Please check your order details for the correct metal and finger size. Once your order is in production, change requests may be subjected to a fee. If you are requesting for a change after your order is completed, there will be a restocking fee equal to 25% of the cost of the setting. All custom commissions and eternity style rings are final sale and non-refundable.
Rings are adjustable by only 1.5 size (+/-) once it is made, and rings with an eternity design or stone settings are not resizable. Please ensure you have been sized by a professional jeweler before confirming your purchase.

Everyone we worked with at KDD was very friendly and knowledgeable, and we absolutely love the engagement ring they created.
We first met with Ken after reading about KDD’s conflict free, eco-friendly jewelry and seeing their gorgeous designs on their website. Ken was very kind and patient, showing us lots of options to try on, and taking our ring sizes down to the quarter size, which we didn’t know was a thing despite having visited several jewelers by then (it fits perfectly – thank you Ken!). We met with Natali to look at some different options for center stones, and she was also very patient and answered all our questions. We are very happy with the final result, and with how everything went. Highly recommend.
Had a very pleasant experience getting an engagement ring (BrieBella) here. Living on the West Coast and having the ring come from NY without physically being able to look at it was tough. But Patty sent pictures and videos and comparisons and made the whole process very ensuring! Ring came and it was every bit of what we hoped for! Great customer service. If you are from out of the NY area and hesitant to purchase for the reason of not trusting or being there to actually see if, think twice. They were great from beginning to end and I’m very happy I followed through.
I was extremely pleased with the final product and the service I received throughout the decision making process. I was able to buy the stone my fiancee wanted from precious stone dealer with Patty’s guidelines and combine that and the perfect ring design for my lady. And now we’re picking out our wedding bands with them, all from Puerto Rico. Patty has made the whole process very simple and we would certainly recommend them to anyone looking.
I bought a ring from Ken and Dana. They were incredibly prompt with their timelines and the craftsmanship on the ring was absolutely FLAWLESS. Customer service was perfect and my fiancée is 100% infatuated with her ring.
I would use K&D 10 times out of 10 again, although I will only need to use them this once for an enagement ring :)
