Please check your order details for the correct metal and finger size. Once your order is in production, change requests may be subjected to a fee. If you are requesting for a change after your order is completed, there will be a restocking fee equal to 25% of the cost of the setting. All custom commissions and eternity style rings are final sale and non-refundable.
Rings are adjustable by only 1.5 size (+/-) once it is made, and rings with an eternity design or stone settings are not resizable. Please ensure you have been sized by a professional jeweler before confirming your purchase.

Purchasing a ring from Ken & Dana Design was without question an incredible all around experience. My (now) fiance and I are very admittedly about the most difficult engagement ring customers imaginable, but Ken was extremely gracious, patient and helpful throughout the entire process. But even more critically, the ring we ultimately ended buying was spectacular. We were looking for a unusual diamond and he found exactly what we wanted at an unbelievable price. Then, despite us changing our minds seemingly every other day, he was able to design the perfect band to complement it.
All around, Ken & Dana Design is a fabulous operation and gets my highest recommendation. I’ve already referred one friend there (who similarly had a great experience) and I without question will refer any others who inquire.

My fiance and I heard that purchasing an engagement ring can be an intimidating and stressful process, but the experience with Ken was the complete opposite. He is laid back while also professional and knowledgeable and offered very helpful advice. He was able to translate the few and probably unclear parameters I gave him and produced exactly the ring I had in mind.
The service provided by Ken and Patti went above and beyond. My fiance wanted to surprise me by proposing during a big trip, but our departure date was quickly approaching. My fiance asked if the ring could be rushed and Ken and Patti were kind enough to accommodate his request and had the ring ready within the shortened time frame.
