Please check your order details for the correct metal and finger size. Once your order is in production, change requests may be subjected to a fee. If you are requesting for a change after your order is completed, there will be a restocking fee equal to 25% of the cost of the setting. All custom commissions and eternity style rings are final sale and non-refundable.
Rings are adjustable by only 1.5 size (+/-) once it is made, and rings with an eternity design or stone settings are not resizable. Please ensure you have been sized by a professional jeweler before confirming your purchase.

We found Ken & Dana through Pinterest! The website first caught our eye as well as all of the gorgeous designs they had to search through. If you can go to the store it’s just as you may imagine. Tucked away in NYC in this chic space. As we customized our engagement ring we got to listen to awesome music (Rhye). Also they let us in come by after they had just moved into their new space since we’d be in town. They know what they’re doing ! They asked tons of questions, took notes and had lots to try on. We ended up customizing a ring and getting ideas how to make it as perfect and as functional to wear. I get compliments EVERYWHERE I go!! I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Can’t wait to go back for wedding bands.
We stumbled upon Ken & Dana through a Google search and could not be happier with the result. We were looking for a gay friendly company for our wedding bands and were very impressed by the products shown on their website. Their prices were a little more than we wanted to spend because we knew we could get simple wedding bands for much less, but we still decided to make an appointment. Boy are we glad we did! We made two visits to their adorable midtown west space. They have many beautiful designs and it was very difficult to choose just one. The staff is friendly, helpful, warm, enthusiastic and considerate. They were able to give us good advice and steer us in the right direction when it came to my nickel allergy. It was a pleasure working with them and we are very happy with our rings.
Patty at Ken and Dana was really nice to work with. She talked to me about what would wear well and be the most durable. I absolutely love my ring!!!!!! We live in California and even though Ken and Dana are across the country things went smoothly!
