Please check your order details for the correct metal and finger size. Once your order is in production, change requests may be subjected to a fee. If you are requesting for a change after your order is completed, there will be a restocking fee equal to 25% of the cost of the setting. All custom commissions and eternity style rings are final sale and non-refundable.
Rings are adjustable by only 1.5 size (+/-) once it is made, and rings with an eternity design or stone settings are not resizable. Please ensure you have been sized by a professional jeweler before confirming your purchase.

My experience with Ken and Dana Design exceeded all expectations. I was able to find a unique engagement ring, which impressed and stood out from the normal engagement ring. Their jewelry is beautiful and their ethical message made it all that more special for my fiancée. As I relocated to the west coast from just outside NYC I was little worrisome about buying a piece without seeing/holding it in person; however, they were great through the whole process. I communicated through email due to the time difference and busy work schedule and received multiple pictures, quotes, and videos of the multiple pieces I was interested in. The videos included the rings I was interested in being displayed on a hand and seen from all angles as to capture the entirety of the ring. I can’t stress enough how helpful and wonderful this process was. Thank you for all your help and for making my fiancée and myself extremely satisfied clients. I will soon be purchasing one of their wedding bands to go with the ring. Thank you again!
I am absolutely blown away by Ken and Dana Design. At first I was very skeptical about making such a large purchase over the internet. My now fiance and I live in South Dakota and a trip to NYC with our schedules was not an option. My first contact with Ken and Dana Design was by Patty. She made the entire process such a breeze. Patty was very accommodating and put my mind at ease immediately. Being so far away, Patty made me feel like I was there throughout the whole process. She sent me updates (pictures and videos) constantly. I am so grateful to have worked with such an amazing company. My fiance was completely amazed by how beautiful the ring turned out. Top notch company. Ken & Dana worked with me to make sure I was able to buy the perfect engagement and wedding rings. They were extremely friendly and made the process very easy.
They designed a custom engagement ring for my now wife, and it was absolutely perfect. She was so pleased with her ring that we decided to get our wedding bands from them as well. We went with pretty simple designs but chose to have them engraved. The staff are all incredibly warm and friendly and make you feel like part of the family when you’re in the shop/showroom. They’re attentive and quick to address any concerns. We happily recommend them to our friends.
Phenomenal. I walked into Ken & Dana’s studio looking for a customized engagement ring setting, as I already had the center diamond, and Ken patiently walked me through the process and even pulled the setting up online. This was a different design than they normally did so it took about a month but Patty was quick to provide updates. My fiance loved it and I just went to the appraiser who spoke incredibly highly of the settings customization. He even said he was shocked the setting was so cheap.
I can’t stress how wonderful this experience has been and we will absolutely be coming back for our wedding bands. Don’t overthink. Just go.
