If you are requesting for a change after your order is completed, there will be a restocking fee equal to 25% of the cost of the setting. All custom commissions and eternity style rings are final sale and non-refundable.
Rings are adjustable by only 1.5 size (+/-) once it is made, and rings with an eternity design or stone settings are not resizable. Please ensure you have been sized by a professional jeweler before confirming your purchase.

So I needed a ring, I wanted to surprise my Fiance (now wife) with something special and elegant. Finding the right ring can be a daunting task and I have definitely been burned by other jewelers before, so not only is the ring important but who you are purchasing from is as equally important.
After much searching I found Ken & Dana Design, I was a bit skeptical at first but after reading all the positive reviews I decided to make an appointment. From the moment I walked in I felt the pressure off me, their studio is warm and welcoming, and Patty was extremely patient with me (I came in with about 5 pages of notes). She lead me through the whole process and I never once felt that there was an up sell or I purchased something that I really didn’t want. In the end I came away with a really awesome experience. My Fiance loves her engagement ring and she receives so many compliments that we decided to purchase our wedding bands from KDD as well.
Patty came up with a great idea and my Fiance loved it so much we also ended up getting earrings made and a bracelet for my mom. All in all I didn’t just find a jeweler for a one time occasion I found the right jeweler who can make something beautiful, delicate, and elegant for those special moments in life.
Long story short – we recommend Ken & Dana Design 100%, regardless of whether you are in NYC or live across the country! When I stumbled upon Ken & Dana Designs on Pinterest, I immediately fell in love with their unique style. We decided to take a trip from Dallas to NYC so we could actually visit them in person – which I know wasn’t exactly necessary, but sure was fun! They are the nicest people, with a lovely studio that reflects the same beautiful, unique style. Patty was so patient and helpful as I tried on several different rings, going back and forth because I couldn’t decide which I loved more. In the end, we got my engagement ring and both of our wedding bands from Ken & Dana. The rings have personality, and are all so exquisitely beautiful. We are thrilled – thank you for these perfect treasures!

Very creative and unique rings that are made in NYC using conflict free diamonds. It’s a breath of fresh air doing business with these two rather than giving “Boris” in the Diamond District an envelope stuffed with $10K in cash.
