Please check your order details for the correct metal and finger size. Once your order is in production, change requests may be subjected to a fee. If you are requesting for a change after your order is completed, there will be a restocking fee equal to 25% of the cost of the setting. All custom commissions and eternity style rings are final sale and non-refundable.
Rings are adjustable by only 1.5 size (+/-) once it is made, and rings with an eternity design or stone settings are not resizable. Please ensure you have been sized by a professional jeweler before confirming your purchase.

I ordered a special custom ring with a fingerprint and engraving. Patty and Ken & Dana Design worked with me through email to verify the correct engraving and to confirm receipt of the fingerprint sample.
Patty also followed up with me on tracking the shipping and payment and made the whole experience very easy and comforting.
The ring arrived very nicely packaged with a nice box and on time. Overall I had a great experience!
I honestly cannot say how much I love this ring. working with Ken & Dana was so wonderful and pleasant. It came out so much better than I expected and it was so easy and smooth to work with .
Fantastic experience all around. This was literally the only easy part of our entire wedding process. For all my other vendors, I had to sift through anywhere from 5-25 options, but within 5 minutes at Ken & Dana, I found both my and my husband’s wedding rings.
The staff is easy to work with and they have a lovely whiskey selection while you’re waiting ;). Though do remember it’s a small shop, so you have to make an appointment and the weekend options require a decent amount of planning ahead. Trust us though, it’s worth it! The free re-sizing was fantastic too!
This is a wonderful business! I am SO HAPPY to have found Ken & Dana. I fell in love with them as soon as i found them on Pinterest (then obsessively stalked their beautiful website/facebook) . They made everything SO easy for us. They were accommodating with appointments (they let us come in during their really big move to a new location!), they showed us our options for rings and with talking and explaining my what i do for work, my style and what i wanted they secretly helped my Husband customize the engagement ring. They are really sweet with emails and updates! We loved them so much that we bought the engagement ring and BOTH our wedding bands from them. We thought about buying the bands somewhere locally in Boston and not going to NYC again BUT no rings compared— Even for his band. He was all like “But I want something really nice too…” I am in LOVE with K&D’s unique designs, their store, PATTY!!, and the level of craftsmanship that continues to exceed our expectations.
I did a lot of searching before coming across Ken and Dana Design, and it was time well spent researching. Me and my now fiancé have very particular tastes and styles. Something that would not have been satisfied by going to any of the big box jewelry stores.
From the very first call I made to Ken and Dana, I have had the absolute best experience one could ask for during this process. I spoke to a few different team members, but in the end it was Patty that ended up having to deal with my million-and-one questions.
Only after all my questions had been answered, and the ring already having begun being handcrafted, did I realize that the person helping me, listening to me, and getting to know me and my soon to be fiancé, was the same person crafting the stunning heirloom ring I would soon receive.
Of course, when the day finally came, all the hard work and stress was rewarded with my fiancé stating simply: “it’s perfect”.
I cannot say enough about the team at Ken and Dana Design, from scrambling on a very busy day to show my sister the stone I would purchase during the 5 minutes she had off during lunch, to answering emails at 7 and 8 o’clock at night, they have been nothing but exceptional craftsmen and women, and utter professionals.
