The band narrows to approximately 1.75mm at its finest point, keeping the silhouette delicate even as the engraving adds depth and visual richness. The pointed marquise amplifies the ring's vertical line, while the split construction creates breathing room around the center so the craftsmanship never overwhelms the diamond.
There are fewer and fewer artisans left who still practice true hand engraving. Here, every small line is cut directly into the metal with a graver, a sharp hand tool guided entirely by the engraver's eye and control. A pattern of this scale can take a full day at the bench to complete, turning the band into a piece of handwork rather than simply a surface treatment.
