Please check your order details for the correct metal and finger size. Once your order is in production, change requests may be subjected to a fee. If you are requesting for a change after your order is completed, there will be a restocking fee equal to 25% of the cost of the setting. All custom commissions and eternity style rings are final sale and non-refundable.
Rings are adjustable by only 1.5 size (+/-) once it is made, and rings with an eternity design or stone settings are not resizable. Please ensure you have been sized by a professional jeweler before confirming your purchase.

It was great working with Ken for the engagement ring. The quality is fantastic and he was very helpful when it came to picking out a diamond – even broke out the IdealScope for me! We came up with a timeliness design and she loves it.

I’m not really a jewelry person so I was surprised to be SO in love with my ring. I found the ring when looking online a year ago – I knew I didn’t want a diamond and liked gold or rose gold. Then I discovered padparadscha sapphires or peach sapphires. My fiancé bought the Delphine ring and it is absolutely STUNNING. I cannot take my eyes off of it . We bought the esme band to go with it. Both in rose gold.

I actually purchased my fiance’s engagement ring without even stepping foot into the store. I was able to connect online with Ariel who made what could have been a really confusing and difficult decision, so easy. A few emails back and forth, a skype conversation, and a few more pictures later and then PERFECTION! Ring was delivered to my office in a beautiful package and I could not have been more satisfied. But I wasn’t the one who needed to be impressed; my Fiance absolutely LOVES her ring.
