Please check your order details for the correct metal and finger size. Once your order is in production, change requests may be subjected to a fee. If you are requesting for a change after your order is completed, there will be a restocking fee equal to 25% of the cost of the setting. All custom commissions and eternity style rings are final sale and non-refundable.
Rings are adjustable by only 1.5 size (+/-) once it is made, and rings with an eternity design or stone settings are not resizable. Please ensure you have been sized by a professional jeweler before confirming your purchase.

My fiancé found this place and purchased my engagement ring here. He constantly raved about Patti and how helpful she was. After he told me where he got my ring I looked at their website and fell in love with the unique styles. We bought our wedding bands here as well which I finally got to choose something unique and I can’t wait to wear it every day! Natali helped us with our bands and was amazing! Especially since she was able to bring me a ring that combined the two rings I was trying to decide between. My stone setting is quite delicate and one of the pear shaped diamonds have fallen out when it got knocked off a dresser onto a hard granite floor and recently my oval diamond popped out because I was wearing it while packing and knocked it against a box. Thankfully both times I did not lose the diamond and they’ve been wonderful at fixing it quickly. The rings were also completed and delivered much sooner than expected.

I looked for the perfect ring for about 6 months for my fiancee – like actively looked for it everywhere – and finally found it thanks to KDD’s incredible selection and unique designs. Super helpful – I live 10 hrs away so couldn’t see it in person, and the woman i worked with sent me about 10 different videos of different designs, diamonds – so so helpful. It couldn’t be better! I still catch it on her finger and am so happy i didn’t settle for anything else. She gets compliments on it every day. To boot, arrived earlier than expected!
