Gorgeous hand-crafted jewelry in a range of design lines and prices. They really defy definition. Check out their web site and you’ll see funky street-inspired bangles, chunky mixed metal necklaces, earrings, and rings. There’s the delicate Compass Rose line inspired by NYC history. And extraordinary romantic jewelry — such as engagement rings with K&D flair that stands out from the ordinary.
I love their open interest in and jewelry based on things political, historical, and currently relevant — and their support of a variety of causes.
Most of all, sign up for the Battle email alert. Every Monday a piece will go on sale for well under the regular retail price and always below $150.
I own quite a bit of Ken & Dana jewelry. It’s all wonderful and I get a ton of comments and compliments. Their mail order service is super-fast and their customer service is super-friendly and professional. I just can’t say enough good stuff!
Simply amazing! Love love LOVE all my pieces I have gotten from them. They also have the best costumer service ever!! Ken + Dana, your the best!!
I basically don’t wear jewelry. I’m too picky. I have been wearing the same single James Avery silver bangle for going on four years now and that’s really it. Minimalism + eye for quality + nonprofit salary = limited desire to buy most things.
But when I saw ken + dana’s mania wrap bangle on a blog I couldn’t get it out of my mind! I finally caved and bought it. Six feet of chains attached to a bangle that you wrap around your wrist and clip back on to the bangle when you’re done. It’s really cool and pretty and nicely crafted and versatile.
The packaging it came in was also personalized and extremely cute! I’m now obsessed with their freakin’ organic black rhodium engagement ring… gorgeous!
I meant to write something a while ago, after having had such a great experience. But, alas life got very busy.
To make a long story, short: I’m a guy that needs help when choosing jewelry. I wanted to get my lady an engagement ring & they worked tirelessly to make sure I was informed and happy. Can’t thank them enough.
I came across Ken and Dana via http://moxie.com. Initially, I was interested in their necklaces because of their message and unique design. I went in to buy one and my girlfriend and I peeped their engagement rings.
When we eventually did decide to get married Ken and Dana (and Radika) were so helpful and gracious with their time. They sat with us and made sure we were comfortable with our purchase. They even helped outsource a jewelry for the diamond!
If you are looking for a “Tiffany’s experience” this might not be your cup of tea, but if you want to feel like you are kickin back with some friends that actually care if you are happy with your significant purchase, then this is your place! And the ring… AMAZING!
