I received my new wedding ring from Ken & Dana Design last month and am head over heels in love with it! My husband and I purchased the Sundara with a sapphire center stone because of the timeless appeal of the ring and its unique look. Our wedding was rather rushed, and the purchasing of my original engagement ring and wedding band was perhaps the most rushed part of the process. We picked the ring set out in less than 5 minuets from a jeweler at our local mall, and I never felt any connection to it. After months of checking the Ken & Dana site and drooling over the beautiful rings, I built up the courage to inquire about the Sundara and am so glad I had. I say courage, because I have never made such an expensive or emotional purchase online, and was not quite sure how it would work out. Living in AZ, I could not be there to see any of the rings in person, but felt very attended to through emails which were most often responded to same day. I also requested many pictures of the rings on actual human hands, which were all taken and sent to me and greatly helped in my decision to purchase the ring. I now feel proud to wear my new ring, I feel a deep connection to it and am so happy to have such a beautiful and unique ring. I still have my original ring set, and I hope to find a way to incorporate it into a new meaningful piece of jewelry for myself or perhaps my daughter when she is older.

During our engagement ring search, my fiance came across K&D through Yelp, and our experience has been absolutely consistent with everything written about. Patty has been handling the email communication with me, and both she and Ken can not be more warm, attentive, or professional through all stages of the process.

We met them in their welcoming showroom with two of our own diamonds; Ken carefully helped us chose the one more appropriate for the setting, and then masterfully set it in a ring my fiance had chosen. The turnaround time was much quicker than anticipated, and the ring is absolutely perfect – just what my fiance had envisioned!

Our next step is a possible wedding band design involving a repurposing of my grandparents’ rings. Ken has been talking us through all the possibilities, always mindful of what is meaningful to us.

For me, it’s the personal attention and collaborative spirit that makes them special – I can’t recommend K&D highly enough!

I just wanted to let y’all know that I just now got the ring. I love it! I was afraid that the ring would be a lot heavier than the the Isis ring it will be paired with, but upon seeing the actual ring I can tell that it will look awesome! The little black dress worn with any Ken & Dana B-Side Jewelry Piece becomes unique conversational excitement and elegance. I love wearing any of this house of design work. It screams of today’s street trauma and politics. We are all about re-purposing and living in better harmony. Their ideas help do this…this is how I keep an ear on the rails. I especially love their packaging details from black tissue paper to a cloth cinch bag, a red box and a hand written note! Brings smiles and curiosity every time worn. They have reached my pulse and I’m the daughter of a jeweler so I grew up all around it – its just that great.
