Please check your order details for the correct metal and finger size. Once your order is in production, change requests may be subjected to a fee. If you are requesting for a change after your order is completed, there will be a restocking fee equal to 25% of the cost of the setting. All custom commissions and eternity style rings are final sale and non-refundable.
Rings are adjustable by only 1.5 size (+/-) once it is made, and rings with an eternity design or stone settings are not resizable. Please ensure you have been sized by a professional jeweler before confirming your purchase.

The engagement ring is absolutely gorgeous. It’s perfect. It’s like no other piece in the world, with the perfect balance of earthy, organic flavor and chic elegance. I couldn’t be even a little tiny bit happier with the ring. My fiancée loved it so much that we ordered both her wedding ring and my wedding ring from Ken and Dana as well.
Their customer service is also excellent, with Patty making sure I was happy with everything and returning emails and calls quickly.

It was by chance that I found Ken and Dana design online. They have such unique rings. My fiance and I traveled to New York to design the rings and ended up missing our appointment due to travel delays. They were incredibly nice and accommodating for us, especially considering they were completely booked, and fit us in over the weekend.
Natali was so easy to work with and we absolutely love the rings we picked. We actually decided after the fact to have the rings engraved and they responded quickly to our request. The rings arrived beautifully packaged and earlier than they said it would! We’ll definitely be going back for jewelry in the future.
