Quality Gemstones

Natural mined sapphires
We hand select independent lab-certified sapphires that exhibit the best combination of color, brilliance, and value. Each sapphire is reviewed by a KDD staff member to ensure that it is eye-perfect - no visible inclusions to the unaided eye. For blue sapphires, we look for a top grade ceylon blue color. For Yellows, we prefer a nice medium color.

Cultured sapphires
Cultured sapphires are cultivated under the same environmental conditions as natural sapphires to produce excellent quality sapphires that are physically, chemically and optically identical to their natural counterparts. They are visually indistinguishable from those found in nature and an option to consider for their durability and beauty. Standard color options are Ceylon blue or medium yellow.
