If you are requesting for a change after your order is completed, there will be a restocking fee equal to 25% of the cost of the setting. All custom commissions and eternity style rings are final sale and non-refundable.
Rings are adjustable by only 1.5 size (+/-) once it is made, and rings with an eternity design or stone settings are not resizable. Please ensure you have been sized by a professional jeweler before confirming your purchase.

My now wife and I could not have been happier with the engagement and wedding rings from Ken & Dana Designs. My wife had been a fan of their work for years and after looking over their website, I was also impressed. I was looking for something that had character and charm, yet was still clean and elegant, and their work fulfilled all of those requirements. Ken was a pleasure to work with as well. He was a great guide and was very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Ken & Dana Designs and am sure I will be visiting them again for future anniversaries.

I notice that all the other reviews for this business are five stars, and having shopped with them I can see why. The pictures of the rings on their website are as much indication of the high quality of this jewellery as you need. In addition, Patty provided excellent service, giving me various finish options, double checking my requirements and generally giving me every confidence that I was buying unique engagement and wedding rings made with a lot of TLC. International shipping was no problem, and the packages the rings arrived in were hand-finished and put a smile on my face. I cannot recommend this company enough.
While shopping online, I came across K+D Design’s website. I thought their stuff was beautiful, but I wasn’t really looking for a ring yet. Then my now fiance found one of their designs on Pintrest (God bless Pintrest) and she loved it. Once I saw we were looking at the same designer, I made an appointment and met with Ken and Patty about what I wanted for an engagment ring. I found the perfect setting and Ken found a beautiful diamond in my price range (and taste. I know what looks good on my lady’s finger). I also had a deadline of a few weeks, as my plan was to purpose while away in London. I ended up getting the ring something like Wednesday or Thursday before I left that Sunday, so the timing was perfect. My fiance loves the ring can’t wait to return to shop for wedding bands. I’d recommend these folks to anybody and everybody!
I generally tend to grade pretty harshly on reviews, but I must say rating my experience anything less than 5 stars would just be dishonest. The entire process was so painless. K&D has a fantastic product and they know it. The sales experience was great. They have truly mastered the art of the “soft sell” which was a refreshing change after getting the “hard sell” or completely ignored at other places. Patty and Ken did an excellent job of guiding me through the selection process and finding a ring that was right for my fiance. K&D rings are an excellent value and the designs are truly unique. I actually flew from Alaska to visit K&D’s showroom before buying. It may sound crazy, but it was well worth the trip. My fiance loves her Aurora. I wish all my major purchases could be this stress free.
