Please check your order details for the correct metal and finger size. Once your order is in production, change requests may be subjected to a fee. If you are requesting for a change after your order is completed, there will be a restocking fee equal to 15% of the cost of the setting. All custom commissions and eternity style rings are final sale and non-refundable.
Rings are adjustable by only 1.5 size (+/-) once it is made, and rings with an eternity design or stone settings are not resizable. Please ensure you have been sized by a professional jeweler before confirming your purchase.

It was really important to me to have an engagement ring design that was unique and ethical, and I wanted to also give an engagement ring to my fiance. I knew I was setting a high bar trying to find a place that had a variety of different lab-grown stones AND used recycled metals AND had good options for men’s engagement rings. Ariel was incredibly patient as I changed my mind about what type of design I wanted several times, and she was extremely flexible, giving us many different options, talking us through, helping us find our style.

My boyfriend purchased my ring last year. We live in California so we didn’t have time to fly out there and pick my ring out. We communicated through email with Pati and another employee. I originally wanted Permelia but it had just been sold at the moment. Even though Permelia was sold, staff at Ken and Dana were very helpful in finding a similar stone like Permelia. They were very honest and all of their suggestions were outstanding. When I received my ring it was a little too big; however, I was able to ship it back and get resized. I love my Dory engagement ring! Beautiful.
