Please check your order details for the correct metal and finger size. Once your order is in production, change requests may be subjected to a fee. If you are requesting for a change after your order is completed, there will be a restocking fee equal to 15% of the cost of the setting. All custom commissions and eternity style rings are final sale and non-refundable.
Rings are adjustable by only 1.5 size (+/-) once it is made, and rings with an eternity design or stone settings are not resizable. Please ensure you have been sized by a professional jeweler before confirming your purchase.

Ken & Dana Design is nothing short of perfect!! I had the pleasure of working with Pearly on an engagement ring. I had just a basic idea of what I wanted to do but need a lot of assistance to reach the final product. Pearly was very patient, helpful and knowledgeable about all of the products and options. Hard to imagine a more perfect experience for choosing an engagement ring for my future wife here. From the moment we entered, the atmosphere was very relaxing, and for me personally, when a friend of a friend entered almost 10 seconds after our arrival speaking good things, I realized this place would be it. For a guy who doesn’t know much about rings, they talked me through everything and I never felt lost in the process as they also indulged me in their detailed records of their jewelry. Later I came back with my now fiance, and she confirmed I wasn’t crazy in my thoughts, her immediate reaction aligned with mine it was a great experience. A good experience for anyone looking for jewelry knowledgeable or not.
We went to Ken & Dana for my engagement ring after shopping around at other places in Chinatown and the Diamond district. I cannot say enough how pleasant the entire experience was. The office space is gorgeous and creates a relaxing, serene, and pleasant environment. They even had some nice whiskey on hand to calm my fiancé’s nerves! Their space is a place I truly enjoyed spending time in, unlike other jewelers that are commercial, cold, pushy, and impersonal. Ken himself was amazing to work with, he didn’t pressure us at all and instead listened intently to what I wanted (which was a bit scattered), didn’t judge, and came up with the most gorgeous design that is exactly everything I ever imagined. The ring was ready quickly, and they were so kind to me when I called anxiously every day in the days leading up to the ring being ready :) My ring is absolutely gorgeous and we cannot wait to return to design our wedding bands later in the year!
What a serene oasis in midtown! You step into Ken & Dana and feel transported somewhere pretty and romantic. My husband and I picked out my engagement ring here, and went back for our wedding bands as well. Beautiful quality, and I really just love their delicate designs.
