Domestic shipping rates vary depending on the speed and amount of insurance required for your item. For 2nd day service, rates range from $35 to $80. For overnight service, rates range from $50 to $95. Saturday delivery is an option that can be requested for some addresses and comes with an additional fee. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Because every package needs to be insured and signed for, we cannot ship to PO Box addresses.

International shipping rates start at $85.00 - rates and availability depend on the region of shipment. Local duties and import taxes may apply in addition to our charges: you will be responsible for any customs duties or clearance for all international shipments. Please contact your local customs official for specifics on your local rates and procedures. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Every shipment requires an adult signature upon delivery, and is insured for the full amount of the order.

Once your order is placed and payment is received, your order will be shipped as soon as it is ready. You will be emailed with a tracking number for the package. The package will be fully insured for transit and will require a signature for when it arrives.

For insurance reasons, we are unable to reroute packages after we have shipped them to you.

Ken & Dana Design is not responsible for any delivery delays due to inclement weather, carrier delays, or incorrect addresses. If your order is lost or tampered with during shipment, please contact us to report a damaged or missing piece within 3 days of receiving your jewelry.

Yes. You can shop with confidence knowing that if you are not satisfied, you may take advantage of our 14 day return & exchange policy. The item must be returned in its original, unworn condition within 14 days of the initial shipment. Each piece must be returned in the original packaging with all original documentation/certification. Shipping fees are nonrefundable.

Please note a few exceptions:
1) Items that are special order, customized/altered, engraved, have been repaired/resized, fall outside of the standard ring size range, or have been previously exchanged are not returnable or exchangeable. Also, rings that are not resizable such as eternity bands or rings with special patterns are not eligible for return.

2) Given the custom nature of our work, we cannot bare responsibility for order information that is provided to us incorrectly. In this situation, we will help you as best as we can, but if a new ring needs to be fabricated, then your change request will be subjected to a restocking fee up to 15% of the cost of the setting.

3) Loose diamond orders must be returned within 5 business days of delivery due to their high demand and short settlement timeframe. Each client can purchase a maximum of two stones at a time.

4) Given our focus to produce high quality work at a small scale, we reserve the right to refuse any orders that are placed with the intention that some items would be returned (ie. ordering 3 rings and returning 2 of them).

Please note that rush fees and shipping charges are non-refundable and we do not pay for shipping, duties or taxes of items returned to us.

A complimentary return shipping label is included with every purchase shipped within the US. Please follow the instructions on this return form to mail your item(s) to us. Alternatively if you are in New York city, you may make an appointment to drop off your items for return, resizing, or maintenance. If you cannot find your return label or have questions, please contact us atinfo@kenanddanadesign.com. Once your request has been approved and logged into our system,fill out this form and include it with your return.Please be sure to carefully enclose each piece in its original packaging (including all paperwork and certification) with proper padding. If you choose to use your own shipping carrier, the package must be insured for the total purchase amount. The client will be responsible for all shipping fees and any customs duties or clearance for all shipments. Ken & Dana Design is not responsible for lost or damaged items during transit.
