We met through mutual friends during covid-19 and it has been a great journey together.

One of our first dates was riding horses in Colorado. I promised myself the next time we rode horses I would propose to Alicia. So the plan was ride horses, stay at a hotel, have a spa day that included manicure and pedicure, setup a nice dinner and propose. Alicia had a feeling that I would propose so she requested her hair get done instead of a pedicure. It was raining the entire day and the sun came out for the sunset, which made for a perfect time to propose before dinner. Our photographer was waiting in secret to take our photos. It was pretty magical and I don’t remember everything I said, but she said yes and the flood of emotions came in. The ring was definitely the icing on the cake for the happiest day of my life.

Alicia found out about KDD through Instagram almost 10 years ago and asked her mom “if I ever get married, please remind me about them.” Which she did and we couldn’t be happier.
