Nevada and I met in physical therapy school and have been together for 6 years. I’m from San Francisco and he is from rural Illinois. We’ve been traveling the US as PTs for 3 years now and have called 6 different places home. Our favorite place we lived was on Martha’s Vineyard and found such a loving community there. It was so perfect to be engaged on the quiet beach by our old home as I was aimlessly looking for shells. We were celebrated by so many of our friends on Island as well as my sister and her husband.

 

When we were looking for a ring it was super important to me for it to be ethically sourced and I loved that Ken and Dana was an Asian family-owned business. I’m so in love with the ring and I love how it symbolizes our lives coming from different places and officially coming together as one.
